Dear to Whom it May Concern, Below is a summary of my experience at Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ at Brickell in Miami, FL. At around 9:50pm, 12/03/2014, I walked into the restaurant with my friend for dinner. The Hostess asked if I had a reservation, I said no, and was told the wait for 20-25 minutes, I said that was ok.
