This happened at Orlando’s location.... no one answered me. My husband and I have been number 1 fans of gyu kaku, we have visited the restaurant in Hawaii, New York, Chicago, Miami, washington, texas and more. We decided to visit our "favorite" restaurant and unfortunately our experience was more than disappointing. Loved it. A bit too expensive....with tax & tip about $70 per person & we had 22 people. Got splatted with grill oil to face & arms when they were changing the grill but it was an accident & the waiter truly kept apologizing. Need to add more seafood than just shrimps for the price.

Great food, fun and interactive concept! The service from our server Josy, however was very poor! Big thank you to manager, Tommy for really turning things around. He helped sweeten the bitter impression josy was leaving on our experience. (3.5)
The food was delicious but we didn’t have good luck to have a nice server. 5 stars for the food but only 2 stars for service.
