We were serviced by Andrea tonight. After spending $140 on dinner, I can not believe how humiliated I felt after I left. I understand it’s an holiday, but a smile or a check up would be nice. Me and my husband shouldn’t have to hunt or wave our waitress down. She blatantly ignored us. I’m sorry we wanted some rice, kimchee and decent service. We do not need your “discounts”. Fire grill took far too long to cook the food and orders for party of four came out to table at such random times we did not eat ordered items together as a meal let alone eat together as a party. We made reservations and sat at a table that had missing laminate table top. Not worth the money or aggravation!
