They towed our vehicle and someone went through the vehicle after it was towed! Someone took things like cologne and paperwork from the glove compartment and center console. They also went through the trunk.

The time they told me that they would be there, it was the time they arrived. I appreciate that and the driver was cool, they made my morning better, even though it started out a little rough for me.
Never used them but they drive recklessly. Was heading to work down Walnut Grove through Shelby Farms and this truck, #82 at 10:25 today, tailgated the person in front of me and almost ran off the road a few times. The guy driving was on the phone. Then I go around him and he pulls behind me and starts tailgating me. I was afraid he was going to hit me so I tapped on my breaks and he didn’t back off. This is a terrible way to represent your company. Everyone needs to be respectful and drive safely.

William damaged my car, dragging it over the blacktop over 2 feet, while trying to lift it on the truck. He was rude, refused to look at the damage whenn my husband asked him to and hung up on me. Trying hard to get my insurance company to drop their poor services.
