Horrible Experience. We cant rate the food because we were not given a chance to.. we walked into a very empty restaurant (3 tables) and were told to seat ourselves. We picked a both and continued to wait over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. No water. No menu nothing. Multiple employees walked past. Another group came in and was immediately served. Unbelievable!
Stopped in for lunch and it wasn’t busy. The space is clean and modern. The space has a lot of beautiful windows overlooking the golf course which is nice. Although our waitress was nice it took so long to get our food, we weren’t really checked on and took 2x as long to get our check. Had lunch at the Gypsum Grill today after a fun morning playing golf. Sat outside with my girlfriends and enjoyed the beautiful view. Unfortunately the service was disappointing. We waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, another 10 min to receive waters, another 10 for the actual drink order (& one was forgotten). We actually had three different waitstaff come to our table each time to either take the orders or deliver the drinks (it was confusing). Nice place to eat with good views when it's nice out. It's standard GFS/Sysco food, but the menu is solid and a bit more eclectic compared to something like West Side Social. Be careful not to make too much fun of the golfers below; it's the last hole and they'll be sitting next to you soon!
