Love seeing Dr. Taylor, who performed my hysterectomy and my followup treatment for endometrial cancer. The information and encouragement he gave me was always useful, professional and positive. I had a recurrence about three years after surgery, and felt confident following his advice for radiation treatment, which so far, has been effective.

If I could give a zero, I would. Worst place ever. I went in for second opinion regarding diagnosis. R Mirhashemi was unprofessional as he cursed at the images I'd brought in from for review. He also cursed as he was talking bad (gossipy) about outside networks. I barely spent 5 minutes with him, and he immediately and quite aggressively wanted me to schedule radiation the next day with his friend. I would give 0 stars, but I can't. The receptionist will put you on hold before you can even say a word. You wait in hold for 10 mins, then they will put you in hold again. They're fast to claim services to your insurance, but they can't even talk to you. Horrible service.

Making or rescheduling an appointment is truly infuriating, their receptionist need to be trained better I’m not sure if they know they’re a reflection of the entire office. I called to reschedule an appointment and the receptionist didn’t even introduce herself all she asked is what I needed, after cancelling the appointment she promptly ended the call without giving me a chance to reschedule. I have called back several times to get another appointment just to be placed on hold for 10min now. Talk about patient experience

HORRIBLE ppl in the front who answer the calls for appointments. I have NEVER heard such disrespectful service. They don’t let you get your word in before they put you on hold. The front desk girls NEED to be taught how to treat ppl with love, compassion, and respect. There are ppl who have cancer and are afraid to die. The doctor is great which is really unfortunate because we feel disregarded by the front desk. CHANGE needs to happen.
