I enjoy going in and reading after my first workout. Now I have been adding more weights and feeling more comply at the gym. All the staff is nice, Wendy, Christian, Jordan, Drew , Nate and the rest I don’t know by name. Love the Cryo Therapy, although it takes a wee amount of time I have to work my self up to be cold for 3 plus minutes. Go for yourself and they will help you get better.
They have helped me with my flexibility and my breathing issues. My trainer spends time listening to my needs and addresses what I need
