RecommendedI enjoy going in and reading after my first workout. Now I have been adding more weights and feeling more comply at the gym. All the staff is nice, Wendy, Christian, Jordan, Drew , Nate and the rest I don’t know by name. Love the Cryo Therapy, although it takes a wee amount of time I have to work my self up to be cold for 3 plus minutes. Go for yourself and they will help you get better.
