RecommendedAs part of my new healthy journey to turning 60 years old at the end of this year, I joined this gym in late July and also been working out with a phenomenal trainer, Anne Gratz. Best thing that I did. Love the neighborhood feel of this facility, friendly peeps and staff! And Anne is the best trainer I have worked with! Hands down, 5 plus stars for Anne and Gym SRQ! Ask for her when you are looking for a stellar physical trainer!

Best gym we have ever been and we join a gym every vacation which is 4 times a year. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great prices. Too bad you don’t have a location near me we would definitely be members.
I would like to tell you about the fitness classes that I took this winter with Wendy. She’s absolutely amazing and the workouts were awesome. We never repeated and they had every component to make it a great and functional training session. I did two private training sessions and they blew my mind.
