I told her that as a former trainer myself I wanted her to challenge me and surprise me with workouts! With Covid they are always cleaning everything you touch so you can workout with confidence they’ve gone the xtra mile to keep their members & staff safe
There are a lot great this about the gym. From the atmosphere to the equipment.
Best gym in SRQ! The staff is so friendly and they really know their stuff. The equipment is clean and new as well. They’re flexible when you’re out of town, etc. which is such a plus!

Without question best gym in Sarasota Co - name the gym and I probably checked into it. This gym has everything. Beginner to hard core - they have all the equip. Also, Very clean / Friendly staff / Plenty of room. And there's no attitude here at this gym - everyone is equal. Yes, it is a bit expensive BUT - you get what you pay for and it serves a good purpose, you don't have every ding-dong out there taking up space in the gym.
