Gym SRQ is a wonderful facility, but the trainers and employees are even better. Ben Russell particularly is one of the best trainers I have worked with in my life . . and I have been working out with trainers for over 40 years. His advice on diet helped transform my physical appearance and achieve goals I never thought I could. Is an excellent place, clean, really good music, amazing equipment and awesome trainers.
These people have turner their love of fitness into an arena of support and encouragement. This facility satisfies all levels of fitness and promotes growth in the most productive way. I am proud to be a member of a group so well grounded in helping it's community. I wish them all a future of success. Off to a great start.
I followed an amazing trainer Theresa from another gym. It will be a year in December that I've been training with her and has been the best training experience! Her group class is very challenging, fun and always watching our form. Also I feel the GYM SRQ concept is awesome! Thank you for a gym finally getting it right!
Great place, great staff! And they have two water fountains. (That's important. Gotta hydrate the hustle.)
