GYM SRQ is clean, friendly with excellent equipment and top notch trainers. I have only been training with Bryan Lieberman for a few weeks and have already seen improvements in my strength and body composition. His focus on correct form has shown me that you don't have to work out for hours if you are doing the move correctly. Gym SRQ is a great new workout facility! I really like the layout, the floor work areas and the equipment. Their circuit machines are state of the art. I work with my personal trainer Cody who is very knowledgeable. He pushes me and encourages me and even lets me know when I've had enough! The difference I've seen after 3 weeks is remarkable. The rest of the staff are friendly and welcoming, too. Try it!
I've been to a lot of gyms but the equipment, the environment and especially, the people at Gym SRQ trumps all of them BY FAR! Thanks for being my AWESOME gym-away-from-home for a week!
Great gym, great concept! I've known Drew, Sohni, and Ben for awhile. Very hands on and very interested in your well being. Love the small group training sessions. Go check it out!
