This is by far the best gym I've ever been to. I've had a long standing injury to my back/neck, and this was the 1st place I've gone to where the trainers actually have tried to help me work through the issues. All of the referrals and everyone I've met through the gym have been so helpful. I'm just thrilled that I can do activities that I haven't been able to do in 10-15 years due to the pain I was living in. It's great going to a place that the trainers honestly care about how you are doing and want to help you get better.
Love this gym! People are friendly, it's very clean and very reasonably priced! I look forward to my visits!
