I felt like a lost dog not having my treadmill running and broken for a month.. Everyone told me to buy a new one since mine was like an old relic over 12 years old and also I just couldnt afford it. So I called and got the run around and all kinds of shady sales pitches and finally the only one willing to help me and not try and sell me a new treadmill was a rep named Jeff at Gym Doctors. My elliptical had developed a squeak and was sounding tiered so I hopped on yellow pages to find a local repair shop. I actually tried calling 2 other businesses before calling Gym Doctors but they just went to voicemail and Gym Doctors answered. The girl on the phone was very courteous, explained all my options and got me an appointment within 2 days. The tech was on time and super polite. I told him about my white carpet and he ran to his car and got a pair of shoe covers before coming in my house. That impressed my wife!!... read more
Excellent customer service. Setting up an appointment was quite easy. Technician Jason was prompt and professional. He came on time, guided me through the simple maintenance steps so that I could do it on my own later. He also informed me that my elliptical was still under parts warranty and ordered me a replacement broken cover and showed me how to install it when it arrives so I won't have to pay again for a second service call. I would definitely use them again.
These guys provide great service. Jay was prompt and very friendly. I wish more companies had employees such as him. He had my elliptical serviced and working well in less than an hour. Thanks for keeping your blog current and informative as well.
On time as promised, I was very impressed with Brian, and I'm happy with the work that was performed. Thank you for your services.
