I don't even like giving them one star. I call 8 am as soon as they opened to have my 19 yr old dog who was dying. They refused her a appointment told me to take her to a emergency vet that was at least 30 min if not more away. When they were right down the st. All because this pet was not seen there. This is a great vet. Very caring during exams. We couldn’t be happier. Our cat isn’t upset going or returning from this vet. She had strong reactions to other vets. It’s clear. It’s easy to schedule. Helpful.
