Staff is unprofessional.
Wish I could rate 0 stars. Called a million times, left a voicemail asking them to please at least let me know you aren’t accepting patients if that is the case. Nothing.
Dr Pecht and her staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. I highly recommend them often.
Julie and Jada handled my care today. Highly knowledgeable and empathetic. Professional and excellent bedside manner. I felt very comfortable and appreciated everyone’s efforts to make my visit individualized and smooth. Highly recommend.
The preliminary interview taking my medical history was really in-depth and I felt like they were really listening and asking good questions. It wasn't just a rote run through of a checklist. The doctor was clear, honest and explained options of different choices for dealing with the results of a bone density exam that my GP had not mentioned. She was very thorough, and I would like to continue to see her for all of my bone / menopausal / women's wellness care, including mammograms. Everyone here appears to enjoy their jobs ... read more
