I had an excellent experience here. The staff was warm, welcoming, and displayed great bedside manner throughout my visit. I arrived 30 minutes early, completed some quick paperwork, and was seen right on time. My partner waited in the lobby for less than an hour while I had my procedure, and they were invited back as soon as I woke up. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience for a procedure I was dreading. ☺️
Called today to reschedule a appointment from last month everything was going good until i told her what the appointment was for she told me i reached the wrong office in my head i know for a fact they offer what i need i then asked her is she able to transfer me or give me a number to the right off (she then answered She didn't know ...) she then said (now this is the girl at the front desk) who you talkin to WHO ME? i reply , yes she then over talked me and hang up in my face customer service is EVERYTHING I WILL NOT BE RE... read more
I got vaccinated here. Everyone was so nice, and was done professionally. I didn't even feel it.
