Very frustrating experience! I already paid for a prenatal class and drove an hour early on a Saturday while pregnant, since there were no classes available in my area. I arrived at 8:10 for an 8:00 class and had to go back due to a posted cutoff policy that was never communicated in advance. No call, no reminder, and no way to contact the center since they don’t take weekend calls. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional for a prenatal care center. I would not recommend!
I was a little confused as to the location because there is a health choice urgent Care from Northside next to the Taco Bell area. However, if you drive to the rear part of the parking lot where the white buildings are you will see Northside resource CTR and another Northside building to the left. Ms. T'yosha was very professional when helping me with getting copies of my imaging. And she was very professional and courteous with the other people that came in after me. I wasn't there for long.
I had an excellent experience here. The staff was warm, welcoming, and displayed great bedside manner throughout my visit. I arrived 30 minutes early, completed some quick paperwork, and was seen right on time. My partner waited in the lobby for less than an hour while I had my procedure, and they were invited back as soon as I woke up. Overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience for a procedure I was dreading. ☺️
