This Dr has zero respect for your time. For a year, every single appointment has required at least 2 hrs in the waiting room, then another 15-30 minute wait in back room. She's NEVER spent more than 20 minutes talking to my Son. Today is the last visit. 4 hours in the waiting room! 4 HOURS! The worst thing is that front office team and Dr Rabina all act like it's just a short wait. They just can't understand why we were so upset. Time to find a new Dr.
The waiting time for this place is absolutely ridiculous. My son has ended up missing so much school because of having to be checked out to be there in time for our appointment only to be seen 3 or more hours later. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor before coming here and find any other place to go but here.
They wait is outstanding. You get charged if your late ( I never have been) but it's ok to make people wait for over two hours to be seen. They don't return phone calls or do what was asked. I don't see how this practice hasn't been shut down for its lack of respect for Their patients and there family's.
