Great – I had stated that I did not want to trade in my vehicle for the Murano if it did not have the satelite radio included. At first they said that the Murano was as is and that the satelite radio would not be included. As I was walking out the door they told me that they would do and "I OWE U" for the satelite radio. This proved to me that they were willing to work with me to fulfil my wishes.
Thanks to everyone for helping me to secure a car for my family. It was definitely a need, not a want and you helped fulfill that need in more ways than one. I would definitely recommend others to your establishment because of the level of professionalism your sales person displayed (Ron) and because of the sound advice your finance person gave us. My husband and I went to Gwinnett Place Nissan and before even talking to a salesperson we verified that the vehicle we were looking at had the correct VIN for the advertised price.
