Great service! CJ took care of my car and in less than a day I had my issue fixed.
I came in on a Saturday at 9:30 am without an appointment. I always see Trevin, he graciously accepted me without an appointment. He came to give me updates on my car. I believe I left at 1:00 pm. I have 4 different services done on this day. Saturday is one of the busiest days there but Trevin handled everything appropriately. The service was great and perfect. My advisor, Ronnie Butler, was very helpful. Actually my advisors from previous werevery helpful too. This Honda has great customer service. The only thing that bothers me is the cause that brought me to Honda. My rack and pinion was broken. The thing is I came 2 years ago to fix the same problem. Rack and pinion should last longer than that. I hope that I wouldn’t have to fix this thing every 2 year.
