Walked into the room to see a plastic speculum already removed from the bag & just lying on the countertop. The bag that once contained it was beside it with a haphazard glob of lube on top. The room itself wasn’t even that clean at all. If they thought they were inserting that into my body, they are wrong. I walked out. That is absolutely unacceptable and less than sanitary. I waited a month for this appointment. Disappointed & disgusted.
This place 😬! I used this practice in 2016 to have my son. The visits were super annoying bc they don’t allow children in there ! It literally made the visits 100x more stressful. I didn’t switch bc they were the only otherOBGYN that Was close by and worked through Gwinnett Medical Center. I HAD A CSECTION AND TABULIGATION. My delivery was good. I just left this office in tears! I was given this location's information from my insurance provider and was told that Dr. Kathryn Parris was well reviewed and that I should be in good hands, given my history. I called the office, after doing my own thorough research and booked an appointment. I had to wait for almost 3 months to be seen. I honestly felt like this place is racist. My first visit and I was not informed I couldn't bring my 13, boyfriend and 8month old.... he would have sat in the waiting area with them while I was being seen. I told her we could continue my visit and they would leave: I turned and noticed a white woman sitting in the waiting area with her child...
