Whoever I spoke with regarding my husbands referral was SOOO RUDE, she kept going back and forth and I told her she had a attitude and she kept going back and forth again very passive aggressive on the phone. As a medical professional myself I would never talk to a patient the way she spoke to me. I wish I got her name but she was the callback nurse I’m pretty sure. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION.
Dr Lu and his team are kind and professional. Dr Lu was very informative and calm in his approach, as well he answered all of my questions and concerns.
The person I spoke with this morning was not too nice or professional. Even if the location did have availibility I would'nt have scheduled anything with them. The person who answered the phone told me my refferal was there, but there are no notes that came along with it. And she said it as if it was my problem that whatever notes she was looking for were not there. I now see why this location ratings are not so good.
