Scammers. Never heard of them and then start receiving vague bills after my child’s birth. Received a bill saying it was headed to collections if not paid immediately … 6 months later and it was never sent to collections and I’m still getting regular fake looking bills from them.
Avoid them if you can – all insurance claims and appeals will be on you. Even if you manage to get your insurance to pay them, they won’t update your account balance, and there won’t be a thing you could do about them because they won’t answer any calls, voicemails or emails. I’ve been dealing with billing issues with Gwinnett Neonatology for over a year, and the situation remains unresolved. Their online payment request patient ID which is not listed on the statement at all. Then tried to call them many times, but no one answers. I’ve left multiple voicemail messages and they will not call me back and now the bill is past due. The worst practice ever! I wish I could give a zero.
They are scamming people with fake bills
