Their online payment request patient ID which is not listed on the statement at all. Then tried to call them many times, but no one answers. I’ve left multiple voicemail messages and they will not call me back and now the bill is past due. The worst practice ever! I wish I could give a zero.
They are scamming people with fake bills
My daughter was born 7/27/2023 at Northside Hospital in Lawrenceville, GA and I have been fighting with Gwinnett Neonatology regarding my daughters physical. Got a call saying the my insurance denied the claim. Called my insurance and they never received a claim from Gwinnett Neonatology.
