I made an unexpected visit to the ED today. The staff was excellent. They quickly assessed my needs and got my treatment underway. Great job from beginning to end.
Second extended stay for my mother. The Nurses and Techs are outstanding. Some of the best I have ever had contact with. Professional, compassionate. The food? Pack a lunch or cooler as its some of the worst I have ever had contact with. Truly horrible patient menu/food. Had to bring mom's food in or purchase it from the cafeteria. )
I took my 8 month old daughter into the ER at 3am Sunday morning because she was holding her ears, screaming, breathing funny and running a fever. They got her back pretty fast. But the attending Doctor sounded sick. I told them I was worried about her ears because she was holding them screaming. The doctor said they were fine. They did a strep test, it was negative. I absolutely loved loved loved loved it here they took very good care of me the nursing staff the doctors everyone in the hospital was great they have great personalities and our recommend this hospital to anyone that ever comes here I need to be seen!! You're all great keep up the good work!!
I had to be scoped last Friday and again yesterday, on both occasions the crew in the endoscopy area along with the crew in the procedure room were the best. They rocked, did their job with joy in their hearts which made my procedures not so horrible. Just a few names that I can remember off the top of my head... Anne, Karen, Lisa, Alfonso and of course Dr. Pham.....
Great experience from beginning to end! My 14 year old had a labrum repair and is recuperating at home.
Checked in the Outpatient Center for my first mammogram. Everyone from checking in, patient intake, reception in the mammogram center to the technician who performed the mammogram were great. Very professional and friendly. Very clean environment.
When I got back into the preop cubby they greeted me with welcome to Gwinnett spa. That's when I knew I was going to get the royal treatment. My nurses were wonderful and I hope everything went well. Looking forward to a quick recovery
Awesome! Took amazing care of me. Started in the er and had to be admitted everyone was just amazing.
