Dr Joshi is exceptional and cares for her patients. I would give 5 stars except there has recently been a problem getting my prescriptions taken care of, like forgetting to send them to pharmacy so I have to call and remind them. Then they send them to the wrong pharmacy. It clearly stated what pharmacy they are to be sent to, been a patient of hers for 4 years.

I miss Rehka Desai. She was the best! Very kind, very knowledgeable and compassionate. Instead I had to see joshi when Dr. Desai had retired. joshi was very rude and nasty. I haven't been back to internal medicine in a long while because of just how nasty she was. She really shouldn't be practicing medicine.

I have been using Dr. K Patel for almost 20 year's and he is absolutely the best doctor that I have ever seen. The officer staff are just as wonderful. His nurse assistant Melissa is the greatest. I can not imagine seeing another doctor unless it's a specialist that Dr Patel sends me to see.

Literally the worst place. My dad had covid symptoms and they told him he "didn't have enough symptoms to get tested and probably had a cold." We still got him tested and he tested positive. After, I called the office and spoke to the medical assistant and asked to get a referral for a test for myself and she told me "anyone who wants to get tested can" ... So then why didn't they tell my (higher risk) dad that?? Do NOT go to this office as they do not believe patient symptoms and the staff isn't knowledgeable. It's sad when... read more
