Whoever manages scheduling should really reconsider their career choices as the waiting room was full of people waiting 2.5+ hours ( and counting) to be helped. People are hungry and thirsty, and you’re wasting their time. It’s not Rocket science to book and treat people within 30-40 mins from their appointment time. That’s a large grace period considering if you’re 10+ mins late to most medical practices you’re turned away.
Unprofessional mess of an office. My mother had severe tooth damage resulting from their oxygen tube handling during a procedure which resulted in thousands in dental work. No one has reached out like they said. Passing the buck every single time! No one answers their phone at their safety compliance office. It's been over a year now and still nothing. Hope you have a lawyer on retainer when coming here. Probably dont have good medical malpractice insurance and know it. Searching for an attorney currently!
Never again! Hoping to find a new practice that is MUCH more professional than this one! Especially when it comes to billing. I have had 3 colonoscopies here. There's always been something that's gone wrong. Five years ago after they had called me saying that I needed I was due for my colonoscopy, which was true, I was due. We went in and they told me my insurance was not approved for this. WTH?! Are you kidding me? They most certainly have approved it! For months we've been receiving bills even though it's been paid and we have verification that they've received the money. Now they are charging us a late fee. We're unable to get a hold of anyone. To anyone else that has had this problem, how did you solve it?
I’ve read some reviews that Dr. Talapaneni was not a pleasant person, but she was very nice to me. I had a colonoscopy yesterday, and she came in, introduced herself , did my procedure and then checked on me afterwards with my results. The reason why I’m giving three stars is because the tall, bald headed caucasian male nurse was extremely rude.
