My appointment was at 4:30 with the PA as Dr. Ram is out of town. I only need a blood draw to refill a prescription. I arrive at 4:15. I am not taken in to the back until 5:00. I wait in the room for 20 minutes for Bharti to arrive to do a blood draw. She NEVER puts gloves on from the moment she walks in to the room until the moment she leaves.
