Attentive and professional staff. I've felt either rushed or ignored in vet offices in the past, but the doctor really took her time to get to know my dog and make her feel comfortable, all while informing me of her allergy condition and how it should be treated. Very knowledgeable! Great first experience!
I so appreciate Dr. Wallis and his staff. They are always pleasant, smiling, helpful, and have great bedside manner with my dogs, Zoey and Timmy. I have been to other vets where, sadly, I felt nickeled and dimed, but at Gwinnett Animal Clinic, they care more about making sure our babies are taken care of FIRST. Thanks for always providing great service. I recommend you all to everyone I know that has a pet! :)

My moms dog was not acting right today and my mother called and they were completely booked but understood my moms concerns and worked her in. What an amazing experience it was from the staff to the vet herself. I would highly recommend this clinic. I think we found our baby’s new doctor!! Thank you all so much!!
