After colonoscopy, they (two apparent doctors. Why two?) used the wrong insurance codes and ended up charging me thousands of $$$$ for their service that was supposed to be covered 100% by the insurance. Also, they waited more than one year to charge the health insurance.

When having my colonoscopy, I was assured it was preventative. All concerned, the primary physician who completed the scope, NS Gwinnett Hosp and Pathology all billed out as preventative. Paid at 100% from my insurance. All except for Dr. Srinivasan the anesthesiologist. There were polyps that were removed but coded as preventative and all was great.
