The pre-brushing of our cars has been very poor over the past few months and today the blow dryers were completely off line. One of the employees just shrugged me off about that issue. Luckily, there is a brand new full service carwash in Sherwood at Brockington and 107. I’ll be giving them a try since other reviews seem to confirm what I had expected about Gwatzilla.
The service at the car wash use to be good, now the guys working out there standing up trying to holler at every woman that comes by smoking cigarettes doing everything but brushing the cars. I seen them giving free washes to the women they thought were cute, and only black people and brush there cars but then wave white people in start the wash and walk off. Cars are half assed washed it’s got pretty sorry the last few times I been.
VERY! VERY! Disappointed in car wash this morning. Spent $18.00 only to have back window still having road film & dirt, just as is was when I went in. This is the 3RD time I received same service. What happened to the person at the start that used brush on ALL windows. HORRIBLE!!! I will NOT be back & NOT recommended to anyone.

The service here is always impeccable, the guys are so polite and professional. They truly go the "extra mile" (pardon the pun) to make me feel like I'm the most important customer. Plus, i'm kinda an idiot about cars and they never make me feel dumb about it. They are the best!
Just took my car through the car wash, and it got one side clean while the other side is still quite visibly dirty

Employees are very nice and they offer military discount!
Very quick and easy oil change! Everyone was so nice! I was able to watch and I got a car wash half price! Now it's done and my husband can relax! Thank you Gwatzilla!
