All of my oil changed are done at Gwatzilla. The techs are awesome!!!!Met Shey this this morning and he went above and beyond for me.
I’ve only ever had AMAZING experiences here, but today was over the top for great customer service. The men who helped me this morning were more than happy to take a look at a concern I had for my car even though it was not related to the oil change I was getting. After looking it over and telling me what they noticed, they then called over to the Gwatney service center for me to make sure I could come in right then and there to get more help. The manager was great and came up to car to let us know what all would be done since it was my first time. Our attendant Chris was very knowledgeable and showed us everything he was doing. Both were very nice and professional and super friendly.!

Stopped for an oil change today. First time using them for this service and the guys were extremely nice. They double check their work as they go. You don’t even have to get out of the vehicle, they pump cool air into you while your car is turned off. Speedy affordable and I got half off a car wash. I had used them for car washes previously and didn’t find them to be any better than any other automated car wash. Two days ago I took the truck in and opted for the "Mega". I had just returned from a long trip. The guys at the starting block had me pull up a more than in the past, and before I could gt the windows up, I was into the first station. They did NOT pre-soap the grill. At the end, I checked the truck and soap was still on the rear fender, and in the rear wheel wells. A bird-spot on the hood was still there. Worst job ever, and it was the top-price level.
