Best experience ever! They were professional, courteous, and my car came out looking brand new. Their team goes above and beyond to make it the easiest process possible for you. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.
I previously only gave this business 1 star. After my situation was called to the attention of the Manager, David Sample (who is a very nice man), he checked into the situation. He wasn't aware there was a problem. He took care of getting my car finished. The work was excellent. Mr. Sample even gave us restitution for the two week inconvenience. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Sample.
I would never use them again. I had to take my vehicle back the next day because there was damage that wasn't fixed, parts missing and a deep scratch on the replacement wheel. Three weeks later and they have made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue. There is a reason all the insurance companies want to use them and it isn't because they are good, it's because they are cheap and use used parts every chance they get.
