Similar experience to what another person reviewed in February 2024. Staff was helpful, Josephine not so much. Pushed her narrative and personal bias on my meeting with her, she wrote incorrect information on my visit based on her bias. I also have been asking for a refill on medication since April 5th and it has not been filled. I called several times and every time I get a different story of the delay. Scheduling, wait time and office staff are good. Do not see Josephine, she cherry picked my results to fit her own narrative and when I questioned her she challenged my mental health. Humiliating. Looked her up to find she doesn't have any education or training in urology. Not up to GW standards.
Figured I'd leave my experience since it seems to be better than most. Went in for initial consultation, Dr. Dean was polite, informative, friendly and straightforward. Day of procedure was quick and easy. All around decent experience.
