After being sexually assaulted by another student I was sent here by college advisor. I don’t remember what counselor said beyond the school had no interest in finding perpetrator. Also their student health crisis line connects you to a phone line operator who will be VERY confused. There is no actual crisis line.
I had the worst experience here. I am not one to complain but the disrespect, lack of communication, and attitude I have received from the GWU Health Center is unacceptable and unethical. My blood work follow up never came back, and nobody notified me to explain why. I had to call to accommodate the conclusion made that I was fine despite there being inconclusive results to my very concerning previous results. I’ve always had a positive experience at this clinic. Dr. Caroline Kemp has been exceptional to me since the Fall of 2023. While my experience may not be universal, I believe it’s crucial to provide perspectives.
