receptionists at this place are absolutely terrible. i was referred here because i am a trans man with severe pelvic pain and every time i have called the receptionists constantly misgender me and talk down to me which is very upsetting. the doctors have been alright so far, but clearly do not listen to everything their patients are telling them. if this is the best care possible for someone like me, i honestly don't see the point trying to continue on.
