Very disappointing experience. I waited 5 months for my appointment, only to have it canceled because of the provider’s scheduling issue. Instead of making an effort to accommodate patients affected by their mistake, I was told the next available appointment is another 5 months away, meaning I would have to wait an entire year for a single pulmonary appointment. The phone line for the pulmonology department rings for hours and nobody answers. This is shameful for such a big hospital. Do better.
