Great experience 1:1 with my doctor, but extremely difficult to get in touch with this practice outside of scheduled appointments, and 2+ week delays with receiving available test results. On hold indefinitely when trying to contact.
I went to this GW location for about a year. Some of the nurses on the first floor lab were awful at drawing blood and patient care. Nobody greets or helps direct you when you arrive or check in. Everybody seems like they hate working and takes out their frustrations out on patients. On May 14, 2024, morning, I came in for some lab ordered by my PCP, and I could tell the nurse attending to me didn’t want to be at work.
