Love my experience with my physician and his assistants; any past experiences with front desk/reception, including g on the phone, have been pleasant and caring. My only complaint is with the handicapped entrance to this building 1st time, we wandered around the block, to find the eentrance( it's not that obvious) Once inside the handicapped entrance (auto door not work), my helper has quite a time, getting me up and down this ramp like hallway, to get to an elevator, to get us to 5th floor.
