The customer service is horrible. I was scheduled for a new patient appointment but i’m a returning patient. Then i arrive early, and im told that it is hard to tell the wait because it’s surgery and podiatry department. When i check back in after my “appointment” time, i am told that there is more than 2 departments, but clearly it is the podiatry and surgery only department. Wow walking around with foot pain Dr Stempal sends me for ultrasound cause he didn’t know what it was, find out it’s a cyst of some sort. New week is here and I’m told he is overbooked and can’t fit me in, I had no idea what the nurse expected me to say to that, I had to tell her do what ya want I got a life to live. Only relief has been ice packs and insoles. I will have to carry on in pain till the doctors schedule lightens up, wow feel so special that my pain management is my responsibility as the doctor is too busy for m... read more
