I recently had an appointment with Dr. Zimmer, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Dr. Zimmer didn’t take the time to listen to my concerns, rushed through the appointment, and even documented my chart incorrectly. As a patient, I expected better communication and attention to detail. I won’t be returning.
