Garrett Kneese was polite and friendly, and the nursing staff were pleasant, though the physical I received and the tests orders didn't seem comprehensive, leaving me confused. The experience getting to that appointment, was yet more frustrating, though. Booking was confusing from the start: the online system showed availability that the scheduling staff said hadn't been released, with no guidance on when it would be. I'm here to honor Dr. Kneese. He's the best person/Dr. that GW could've have hired. I'll follow him wherever he goes. The Dr's at McPherson square are ok. Dr. Kneese's care is above and beyond any PCP I've ever had. He's the most complete, thorough and competent Dr. ever. I can't say enough about him. His pleasing demeanor is beyond gracious. I love Dr. Kneese.
