Highly recommend Dr. Young - she is delightful and kind and empathetic. Best primary care doc I’ve ever had!!
Not a walking clinic. By appointment only, despite what Google says
Expect all the usual incompetence of a doctor's office. They lost my documents I asked to be faxed, they made me wait 45 minutes for labs even though I had an appointment, the doctor scraped my ear making me bleed when cleaning my ears. An all around bad experience.
The place has a low rating for a reason. Rudest staff of all healthcare, front desk and back.
I called this medical center with an urgent question, and they hung up on me! This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for a healthcare facility. Patients deserve respect and proper communication, not to be ignored or dismissed.
