I've been here numerous times, and every time the care is wildly underpar. For instance, I once visited them for a tick bite and had to ask the nurse practitioner to order blood work. Post-GW response: I have reached out to GW about this and received no response, hence my posting to Google. Had to come here to try and get care today because I'm desperate. Completely unsatisfactory care, communication, and cleanliness. I have a laundry list of reasons nobody should receive care here. Stay away from this place and frankly all GW practitioners.

Very poor communication with patients. I was told that I needed "routine bloodwork" that would be covered under insurance. I was informed that it would consist of CBC and BMP, so I agreed. A week later, I got the bill. It had a $300 co-pay with the majority of that cost going towards STD testing. I was not told nor did I ask for that testing. I'm assuming I was profiled because of my sexual identity. My other family members, who did not openly ID as members of the LGBT community, did not receive this unsolicited testing. As ... read more
