Unbelievably bad service and care. Not only did the front desk get my insurance wrong over and over for months (causing me to pay hundreds of dollars for simple telehealth appts), my PCP randomly left the practice and no one gave me any notification (besides suddenly denying my prescriptions). Now, I'm left without a PCP and no refills on my meds. This doesn't include that fact that my doctor was inconsiderate and unreachable. Over MyChart messages, only the nurse would respond. The facility is run down. Don't go here.
I've had a very frustrating experience following a recent appointment that was specifically scheduled to obtain a prescription. During the visit, I was told a two-month prescription would be sent to my pharmacy. However, it was never submitted, did not appear in MyChart, and after multiple follow-up calls over two days I still don't have my prescription. Wouldn’t recommend this office -Honestly, very poor communication. I had a lab test ordered during my exam. They said the tech was out to lunch for the next hour so I came back that day. I was then told they wouldn’t be back for another 30 minutes. I call ahead and go in again and the lab tech still isn’t there. They don’t post the hours or give any information to actually speak to anyone at this location.
I was at the Cleveland Park location on a Wednesday for an urgent care visit for nerve disorder and paresthesias. A very nice Dr. Stout wanted to check my Vitamin B12 and Folate levels but there was no lab tech available. Not happy about that. The summary indicates that I "Go to LABCORP." However, (1) I would need written orders that I do not have and (2) I always go to Quest Diagnostics. So on the following Friday I called to try to set an appointment to return for lab tests.
