I set up my appointment over the phone and then set up my account. I found the Computer experience easy and well managed. I got to this clinic the day of my appointment 20 mins early and was happily checked in my the friendly clerk up front. Once checked in the process was a breeze from there. I give the clinic 4 stars because the waiting room had a smell of urine and the floors looked a bit muddy. Overall customer/medical experience was great! Would recommend!
Went to this place today to get my severe cold symptoms checked out, and did not have a great experience. As soon as I walked in, I noticed about ten other patients waiting around -- which should have tipped me off that the operation wasn't running very smoothly -- but I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and check in. The receptionist made me pay up front as soon as I got there, which was a little weird, but not a necessarily a deal breaker in and of itself. Appears to be permanently closed. I showed up at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. They had a sign that said will return at 8 am. No one is there. The lights are off and the door is locked.
Today I contacted this location as a follow up to an appointment I cancelled inJune 2025. Since I had device/ technology issues, I am working on access to "My Chart" and I am unable to contact the healthcare provider. I needed the test assignment next in "my chart" so I could schedule the test, receive the results and follow up on my appointment. The woman on the phone asked did I want to make an appointment. I had a 8 AM, Friday appointment for lab work that asked me to be there 7:45 AM. Door was closed. 7:57 AM I was back in only to be told arrogantly they open at 9 AM on Fridays. Not a single word of “sorry” for the inconvenience. While I got three reminders on my appointment, I really wish they gave reminders to their employees too. Mind you they have plenty of time to reschedule me if they open at 9 AM! Please respect my time!!!
