Does ANYONE ever answer the phone?
Been waiting for them to call me to schedule an appointment for more than a week. I called and left them several messages, beg them to call me back to which they never did.
I never write reviews like this but I had the WORST experience here. I wish I read reviews before going here. The doctor refuses to send my prescription to CVS and tells me I have to get it at their pharmacy and their pharmacy is not giving me the medication (waiting for over a week now). The doctor is also not reviewing my test results or answering my message in MyChart about taking medications for my new diagnosis. I made an appointment at MedStar and it will be faster for me to see a new doctor than to deal with this faci... read more
Very disappointing experience on the phone. Could not make an appointment as a faculty and alumni. Very rude staff and clearly untrained.
Completely misdiagnosed me. Dr. Ng encouraged me to have my colon removed because he didn’t want to take 5 minutes to diagnose me correctly. They also don’t even answer the phone (and there’s no voicemail option) when you need to make an appointment. Avoid.
