I came in for a second opinion, and everyone—from the front desk to the resident to checkout—was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Adam Thompson-Harvey and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking an ENT. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he never made me feel rushed when asking questions. His knowledge, openness, and honesty were refreshing. While my issue is frustrating, I feel confident I’m in the best possible care and on the right path toward resolving it.

Such a great team, from the receptionists to the doctors. I was seen immediately, and Dr. Thakkar and her medical student were excellent. Highly recommend.
Good experience at appointment, however their referral system is different than all other departments at GW and caused quite a hassle. As a patient, you cannot see the document, which is supposedly in some section of MyChart called 'Other documents'. The other department I was referred to couldn't see the referral. When I asked GW ENT about it, they acted like the other department was in the wrong and told me they just need to go to 'Other documents'.
