I'm very grateful that I found this clinic. Dr. Tjahjono took the time to listen to my concerns, give me helpful information, and helped me choose a treatment plan that was right for me.The resident doctor who performed my surgery was also wonderful. For the first time in over a decade I feel like my old self again. I'm very happy with my results and truly appreciate the care and kindness I received from the entire team at George Washington.
Do not use GW Derm! Dr. Pooja Sodha was extremely unprofessional and rude to my friend who recently enrolled there as a new patient. Made them feel uncomfortable, had terrible bedside manner, and should not see patients until she learns some customer service skills!!
Called to schedule an appointment. Lashawn is who “helped” me. Immediate attitude as soon as she answered the phone. She talked to me like a I was a complete idiot. It’s hard enough contacting them in the first place as patients are dealing with sensitive/emotional situations. I couldn’t even finish the call with her. Please don’t go into the medical field in any regard if you lack empathy.
Today, I arrived to an appointment to be informed it was canceled. Im 62 and not tech savvy so I dont recall being told. Then the scheduled showed a future April appointment was scheduled too. I have to say I feel slighted, disrespected and want an explanation which no explanation was stated in the scheduled files. No, I will not call scheduling to ask. I will seek Dermatology services outside of this network. God Bless 🇺🇸
I really appreciated Dr. Dillion's clinical know how. He seems brilliant and has a great bedside manner. However, he did not send the medication I needed like he was supposed to, and the pharmacy staff and security were pretty dismissive. Idk where to go at this point, but hopefully they can get it together next time, and I may change my review. It is 3/10/2026 now. If nothing changes, this review will remain.
