My mom was a patient here for cholangiocarcinoma. Dr. Kim was extremely harsh with my mother. He would condescendingly question her about why her liver numbers were elevated and why her condition was getting worse, without offering any adjustments to her treatment plan. I called them four separate times to schedule an appointment. They kept saying a third party would reach out to me. I wasted over a week trying to simply schedule an appointment. I contacted another hematologist/oncologist and was able to easily make an appointment. I’d been suffering with a hemoglobin of 8, ferritin of 1 , & saturation of 1 %.
