Hello, I live at 1070 W Main St. I pay more than the average rent for an old apartment. Along with the $500 service fee employers never fix anything and if they do it is not entirely fixed and I have to call and write more than 100 times. You get what you pay for BUT NEVER HERE. 1. They make up extra fees so you can pay more than you signed. 2. They cut up the walls for piping and they didn't repaint or put them back. Do not live here, this company is horrible and a majority of their phone lines are dead. Violate the ADA AND FHA acts constantly.
I would never recommend this company to anybody. GVA property management has multiple issues with not returning security deposits as per the Better Business Bureau website and multiple reviews as I’ve seen. I moved out and my lease ended August 31, 2022, and I still have not received my security deposit or my itemized list of damages and reasoning for why my deposit is being withheld. I recently lived in an apartment managed by GVA management. It was called Blackberry Creek Apartments in Soddy Daisy, TN. The woman who owns it...I think her name is Phyllis, I can not say enough good things about her. This was my first apartment since my divorce and she went out of her way to make sure I was able to get the apartment for me and my little girl.
