This is Joseph Marallo I bought a chain and cross from Guzzardo fine jewelers in Hammond la. I got a gold plated cross and a sterling silver chain . They sold me a false dream . I'm not pleased at all with their performance. I don't recommend anyone going there at all . Don't let them tell you that there stuff is real they are a f**** rip off
Super unreliable. Every time I go there, they aren't there during their hours of operation. They also don't answer their phone, and dont have a voicemail.

By far the BEST jeweler I have found. Love his beautiful work. I highly suggest stopping by and seeing what they have to offer. (They also offer a 90 day layaway) You dream it, he can make it!
We purchased a Ladies Rolex watch in August of 2018. The watch began working slow in November and completely stopped keeping time in February 2019. The Rolex was dropped off for repair the first week of March. Numerous attempts have been made to receive information regarding the status of my watch. It is now May 16th and I have not received nor have I ever received any information/update from your establishment.
