The best company in town. Timely service, competitive rates and highly skilled technicians. John for AC and Bobby for plumbing…NONE better. I am confident all the employees there are at the top of their game.
Started a repair job and never returned to finish or return any calls to them
Scheduled to replace hvac on a Wednesday. Called about 10am day of to reschedule for next day, Thursday. Never show up on Thursday, never called didn’t call Friday, we had to reach back out several times. Finally get hvac installed over a week later, shotty job, no caps on condensers, no armaflex, couldn’t even zip tie the thermostat wire.
5 stars because not only did I have to call once but twice in a week period for two different situations at my house. First my plumbing was backing up so I scheduled a appointment for a later time, well over the weekend when temperatures decided to hit in the high 90s my ac went out! I called them the following morning and not only did they show up when they said they would but fixed it in less than a hour! The following day they came to fix my plumbing!
