I have been going to Guy's for over 10 years. I have bought a number of bikes (road and mountain) and tons of bike accessories. My experience has been top notch from day one. The service team is great and are always looking to help. A great team of folks at Guy's.
I've had the privilege of getting to know all of the staff at Guy's Bicycles over the last two years. My son and I both race bikes (Road and Cyclocross) and mountain bike recreationally. Combined, we have 12 bicycles, 8 of which have been purchased from Guy's. The staff is experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. Customer service was on point, courteous and quick.
I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend anyone looking for a new bike or a tune up to check out Guys. Great friendly service, knowledgeable/passionate staff, and dedicated to making sure you get what you want and need. I've now had now two bikes custom modified for my birth defect by Guys to make sure I'm not only fast when competing but safe.
