Guy's took care of my husband & I. We are total novices & besides some online research we didn't know where to start. Had my Cannondale in for my 1st check-up and I can’t say enough about their customer service. I’m someone who really appreciates good customer service. I have a low end Cannondale and it was treated as if it was a high end road bike. He adjusted my cables, chain and balanced my front wheel. He also took the time to show me how to remove my wheels and properly adjust the brakes. I would definitely purchase another bike from there and recommend them to anyone looking for a bike.
