Great customer service. Been in a few times to get my bike worked on or to buy parts. Every time I come in I'm greeted promptly by friendly staff. The service people are honest and don't try to rip you off. Rest assured knowing you won't be charged for more than you need. Thanks for the great service.
My family and I have been going to Guys for the last 20 years. From BMX to mountain and yesterday to road. Guys has guided us through each phase. The techs are great, all ride and do a great job getting you back out there or helping upgrade ur bike. They don't upsell, they find out what your needs are and point you in the right direction. The service "guys" are awesome. Just brought my bike in fully expecting to have to leave it being peak season. They took a look, fixed my problem and had the bike back in 1/2 hour!
They have the nicest people working there. So very helpful
